IN-PERSON GUIDED MEDITATION
What is guided meditation?
Guided meditation is a state of relaxed concentration. Leonie will ask you to relax specific muscles in the body until you are comfortable, and through gentle breathing she will guide you intuitively using image and colour. The sole purpose being to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing, and stress relief.
What does a guided meditation do?
It takes you to a different dimension in your thoughts and feelings. The outcome is complete relaxation.
The idea is that, with practise, you can use this meditation yourself at any time of the day, and for as long or short a period as you need. This assists in preventing stress buildup going forward, and assists with mindfulness and being 'in the moment'.
Leonie's meditation space is specifically designed to release stress and provide a safe space to connect internally, bringing calm, peacefulness and wellbeing.

What are the benefits of guided meditation?
Our society is a hurried and goal-oriented one, so taking time to simply be in the moment — not actively doing something or solving some problem — can seem impossible. Focusing the mind on the present moment and on simple self-awareness is of great therapeutic value.
